Customer Discovery Interview: Week 3

 Integrated Circuits Availability

The HeartSeeker's members respectively gathered 5 persons to be interviewed in order to decide which of the 3 project ideas for startup. The pie graph below shows what the interviewees decision on which project do they relate with:

This implies that the IC Availability is the go to project idea of the HeartSeekers, since it garnered the most attention from the interviewees.

Interview Data:

Each members of the HeartSeekers gathered 5 people to be interviewed, each member having gathered data which includes which of the 3 project ideas do they relate or have interest in. As for Patrick Beal, here is a summary of data from his gathered interviewees:

      • Mr. Selwyn Jan Arda - 4th Year B.S in Chemistry student in U.S.T.P
                                    Idea chosen: IC Availability

"as a 4th year BS Chemistry student taking up an undegraduate thesis. there's a difficulty on searching stores that sells chemicals needed for my experiments then there is a factor of what specific store we should go since the fare of the jeeps got increased and time is very important for us 4th year students"

      • Mr. Ivan Mayormita - 3rd Year B.S in Electronics Engineering student in U.S.T.P
                                    Idea chosen: IC Availability

"Biggest problems as a college student would be financial problems. Nabantayan nako nga sa logic circuits palang namo nga subject, muabot nag 300+ ako ma gasto each lab activity. Karon nga naa nami thesis gasto jud kaayo, mga materials palang for the prototype. The seniors also told us na average cost nila sa ila thesis kay around 10k-15k."

      • Mr. Tim Gonzalez- 3rd Year B.S in Mechanical Engineering student in U.S.T.P
                                    Idea chosen: E-Notebook

"My biggest problem I have faced as a student is the amount pressure because of the standard grade rating which is 70% applied to all minor and major subjects and also how we engineering students were trained to be the best engineers in the future."

      • Mr. James Enot - 3rd Year B.S in Civil Engineering student in U.S.T.P
                                    Idea chosen: Kidney Care

"I choose the Kidney Care idea, because it helps the availability and direct service of the doctor through mobile application just like choosing a driver in grab "

        • Ms. Maan Taray  - 3rd Year B.S in Civil Engineering student in U.S.T.P
                                    Idea chosen: I.C Availability

"Among the three, the best idea is the IC availability. The fact that the Kidney Care idea and the E-Notebook idea is common nowadays implies that we need something just like the IC availability idea. It is indeed helpful and convenient for students just like me who are not originally here from CDO.

Collectively, here are the list of students, each HeartSeeker members have gathered:

In conclusion, this has been a rough, and discovering week as we have been doing our best to find interviewees, and with them, we have been able to pinpoint some of the things that work, and did not work.
